Experience: Our client is currently interviewing for a Helpdesk Tier 2 analyst to add to their winning team! The ideal candidate will be well versed in Technical Writing and will be responsible for suggesting and implementing best practices, process, and procedures for the helpdesk. The operating environment is Windows XP, Office 2003, Outlook 2003, MAC Leopard, Dame Ware, and Share Point MOSS ticketing system. This self starter will be the only helpdesk analyst, supporting 150 end users, and assisting the client with implementing a ticketing system. Exposure to Great Planes is preferred but not required.
