One of the leading telecom companies in the Dallas, TX area has an immediate need for a full time Training Development/Delivery.
The candidate will be program managing the design, development, and maintenance of senior-level development programs. He/she will work collaboratively with stakeholders to diagnose executive development challenges, and develop strategies/actions to progress executive leadership quality, competence and effectiveness as well as provide support for execution of all aspects of program delivery.
Required:
. College degree (MBA)
. Instructional design and/or training delivery experience
. Remote management, consultant, and vendor management experience
. Demonstrated ability to quickly gain credibility and influence with executive audiences and create a "trusted advisor" relationship collaborate with diverse partners in multiple locations and build relationships across organizational boundaries and identify client needs, provide customized solutions support and lead clients through significant changes
. Ability to interact with multiple clients simultaneously and prioritize work amidst competing demands
. Strategic thinking, conceptual thinking and influencing ability
. MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
. Ability to work independently
. Strong written and verbal communication skills
. Strong Program and Project management skills
. Business intelligence and political ability
