Help Desk Analyst III in DALLAS, TX

We are searching for a Helpdesk Professional for a Healthcare organization in Dallas, TX! We are a growing team. This person will take all incoming support calls. The goal is either to resolve the issues yourself or escalate to the Desktop, Server/Network, or the Applications team. Candidates must have one of the following certifications to be considered: MCSA, MCSE, CNA, or CNE.<br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. All applicants applying for Canadian job openings must be authorized to work in Canada.
Experience: Candidates should have the following work experience:
-Advanced Windows XP Troubleshooting
-Basic Windows Server 2003 user account activation
-Advanced MS Office Support
