3+ years development experience using Microsoft Access
Strong SQL server and T-SQL skills
.Net experience a PLUS
Willing to be on call during off hours to support the applications.
Good troubleshooting skills
Ability to manage a high volume of projects and tasks on schedule
Excellent communication skills
Detail oriented, analytical and innovative decision making
Ability to multi-task
SQL Server 2000
Current development environment .net 2.0
This position will require a lot of maintenance along with enhancements and the client will be moving Access applications to .net eventually
Working Environment - 5 total developers on the team – Business Casual
