Lead position in Operations/Command Center. Understanding of Impact Analysis. Excellent written and oral communications is a must due to high volume of conference calls. Will drive calls and ensure that client needs are understood/met. Other key skills required are multi-tasking skills, and working well in a team environment.
Must understand problem and know how to handle on calls.
Candidate must have a good understanding of mainframe and midrange understanding.
Candidate must be a results oriented leader. Also, not easily intimidated. Will get on call and keep progress going (facilitate).
Experience: Degree (+)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Candidate must have a solid Operations background
