Dress: Business Casual The Job: While performing the normal duties of a BA .basically, you will be working under the EMR team but working closely with other teams (esp. Research ). Using your 4 years of experience in the clinical and research environment, an analytical mind, and a passion for seeing the job through, you be working in a support role or in a project oriented role (both are needed). The Ambulatory module has already been installed and is stable. However, changes are being made and the research component is being added with data coming in from Oracle databases and other various Legacy systems. A personality trait that will suit you well is the ability to jump in and do what needs to be done with low supervision and without regard to the job description. Analytical and operational process mindset is also critical to success in this role. Must Have!
