Systems Programmers in Dallas, TX

Cobol/TELON IMS/DB2/CICS Senior Programmer/Analyst Provide experienced programmer/Analyst with specific knowledge of development on the OS390 using IMS and DB2 databases in a MVS and CICS environment. Must also have experience with JCL on the OS390. Experience developing and maintaining software used in supply chain management and merchandising is a plus. Deliverables: A minimum of 5 years programming/analysis experience with OS390 COBOL/TELON using IMS and DB2 databases in a MVS and CICS environment; must be able to evaluate and write programming specifications and functional/technical design documents and create logical programming modifications and solutions; must be able to build checkpoint restart logic with COBOL and IMS. A minimum of 5 years programming experience in JCL and on the OS390 executing jobs that run using the IMS, CICS and/or DB2 subsystems. Experience working with the Red Prairie WMS application is desirable. Familiarity with IBM WebSphere MQ desired.
