15 CCIE or high level CCNA / CCDP with IP Telephony and IPT experience ASAP for a short-term project (2-weeks +) at first then could roll over for the full project which is 3 to 5 years. If the person is good they most likely will stay on board for a while, but they must be able to prove themselves. Until then this is considered a 2-week deal.
