Required Skills: ? 3+ years DBA experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2000 in both development and production environments ? 3+ Years experience with Microsoft Windows & networking. ? 2+ Years experience with Microsoft IIS. ? Excellent understanding of SQL Server architecture, administration, T-SQL, query plans and security ? Knowledge of commodity server hardware, including RAID and SAN disk subsystems. ? Experience with very large databases and high transaction rates ? Knowledge of IIS based web application development and deployment. ? Team player willing to do whatever is necessary to develop and document infrastructure quickly Preferred Skills: ? Undergraduate degree in Computing Science, Software Engineering. ? Exposure to Microsoft SQL Server 2005 ? Microsoft Windows Clustering ? Microsoft Distributed File System ? Expertise with configuring, implementing and supporting high availability strategies with SQL Server
