Will participate in a combination of daily operations, administration and support functions
Work with multiple development teams providing implementation assistance and SDLC support.
Requirements exist for both non-standard shift work (nights / weekends) as well as an expectation that candidates will participate in an on-call rotation providing after-hours production support.
Experience: Microsoft SQL Server 2000; expertise working with Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 clusters
Familiarity with storage area network concepts;
working knowledge of backups using Veritas NetBackup and/or Quest SQL Litespeed
Understanding of basic project management skills including creating and maintaining work breakdown structures;
Strong written and spoken communications skills a must
