The ideal candidate will be supporting a global user community with issues associated with complex networking environments (workstation, server and network operating system administration, etc.) in hybrid Windows-Unix infrastructure with a focus on the Microsoft platform. Candidates will be working in a 24x7 environment doing a mix of support and project work on a rotational basis.

Must have 4 year degree from accredited Division I University. GPA of 3.0 or greater required (will be verified).

Experience: 4-5 years of Support Engineering experience is preferred, as well as familiarity with the issues associated with complex networking environments (workstation, server and network operating system administration). Solid experience with the following:MS suite of products (Active Directory, Server, Workstation, Office, Exchange, SQL, etc.) High-availability computing, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and programming (scripting and high level languages). Complex issue resolution with a proven troubleshooting methodology. Desktop standardization, research, performance-optimization and testing. Security and Enterprise Systems Management Research and testing of new technologies Development experience not required, but would be an advantage.
