5+ years experience as a Help Desk technician/analyst in a Windows based corporate environment. Candidate must have a strong desire to provide world-class IT support and be highly skilled in communicating with the end user community. Strong teamwork, verbal, documentation and listening skills are required. The ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues over the phone in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is also required. Experience: Candidate should have a strong knowledge of Windows 2000/XP, MS Outlook XP/2003, and remote connectivity. MCSE, MOUS and A+ certifications are a plus. Candidate must be willing to occasionally adjust work schedule to accommodate temporary coverage needs.
