Specialty support for Network\Operating Systems. Handle any and all computing issues that can be solved over-the-phone, desk side, or via remote communications. Utilize SMS, or Microsoft NetMeeting to remotely fix computer issues. Assist employees from home establish VPN connections through RAS, DSL, or Cable Modems. Configure Router settings for Leap and Peap authentications. Configure wireless networks. Set up access to shares, map drive's, clear print queues, reset passwords, unlock and lock domain accounts using Active Directory or User Manger. Support SAP and IMS Mainframe applications as well as TN3270 Emulators and Citrix. Maintain a very high closed/resolved rate as well as very satisfied customer response surveys after the issue is resolved. Support Blackberries, heavy e-mail support including Exchange/Outlook 98/2000/2002/2003 and Windows 98/2000/XP extensively. Experience: 3 - 5yrs exp./Application support includes Microsoft Outlook 2000 and 2002, POP3 internet mail, Microsoft Office 2000 and 2002, Nortel/Cisco VPN, RSA SecurID authentication and iPass dial in connections. Heavy VPN troubleshooting daily.
