Will be responsible for the day to day application administration and workflow coordination for the Human Resources Information System and other systems supported by the HR team. Will also be responsible for data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
Experience: Requirements:
*5+yrs. HRIS or HR generalist or specialist experience in an HR or IT support
environment.
*Strong knowledge of Windows 200x, MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
*Experience in HRMS database processes and tools.
*Effective organizational and interpersonal skills (including written and verbal
communication skills).
*Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
*Overtime, weekend and after hours support required.
Preferred Skills:
*1+yrs. project management experience along with systems implementation experience
is helpful.
*PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
