Job Description:
- SME will validate all application customizations including forms, reports and interfaces.
- Responsibility for verifying set-up and configuration of new operating units recently acquired and conversions of assets as defined by tax handling for FA, AP, AR and GL modifications due to calendar and fiscal year changes which result in the necessity of providing the business with requirement analysis and composition of functional and technical specifications.
- Candidate will have previously acted as the lead SME for all activities in support of Oracle Fixed Assets tax books to include set-up and configuration, set up of AP automatic tax calculations, set up and deployment of Oracle iExpenses, creation of custom Fixed Assets tax reports, implement AR lockbox functionality.
- Able to analyze recent asset allocation vs. the tax codes.
- Candidate should be able review how the chart of accounts are currently established.
Experience: Skills Required: - Current corporate tax law and tax allocation codes. - M&A experience - Oracle Financials and preferably have gone through an Oracle conversion - Oracle ERP Applications to include business process experience focused on tax transformation. - Experience with functional implementations and conversions utilizing Oracle Financials to include Oracle Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Receivables, Purchasing and Projects
