Supports operations and WHQ recruiting by leading sourcing efforts, overseeing college and hourly recruiting, and providing administrative support to recruiters by performing the following duties. Other duties may be assigned.
Primary Duties/ Responsibilities
- Maintains diversity initiatives.
- Supports College recruiting efforts by identifying relevant programs and networking.
- Maintains active management roster along with open management and WHQ needs.
- Manage all sourcing strategies i.e. advertising, mining, email, career fairs.
- Manage internal and external management job postings.
- Provide sourcing solutions to management recruiters in difficult markets.
- Provides hourly recruiting sourcing strategies to all units.
- Posts hourly advertising externally.
- Liaison to the outside advertising agency.
- Assist in branding strategies.
- Teams with Training Department to provide hourly recruiting tools.
- Searches online database for qualified candidates and forwards to recruiters.
- Proactively conducts research and stays abreast of new ideas to create a strong sourcing strategy for recruiting all positions and levels.
- Provide support in prescreening candidates by phone screening as needed.
- Follow up on testing, background checks and candidates interviews as needed
- Identifies opportunities with in the overall recruiting process and provides solutions to Director of Recruiting.
- Complete new hire checklist for all new management and WHQ hires.
- Maintain hiring database, management termination database and recruiter productivity database.
- Provide monthly reports for time to fill, cost per hire, % staffed, and sourcing.
- Analyzes recruiting efforts and provides analysis as requested.
- Approve and code recruiting invoices and route for approval
- Assist with WHQ and Management hiring as needed.
- Maintain Applicant Tracking System and resume database
- Send all offer letters via email for WHQ and managers.
- Maintain the welcome manager packages to be sent out to all new hires
- Participate in conference calls with the recruiting team
- Maintain recruiting files
- Other projects as assigned by Director of Recruiting
Experience: Individual must have excellent communication, and organization skills. A strong technical background and database experience required. 1-2 years of recruiting experience or a combination of experience and education.
