In this position, either directly or through others, you will:

Plan, schedule, staff and control in-house technical training
Perform quality control for training provided by third party vendor
Develop training materials as required and use to develop in-house classes
Assist with the planning and scheduling of a standard curriculum
Work under functional direction and clearly defined objectives, which are reviewed onan
annual basis

Other duties may be assigned.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required:

Bachelors degree
5+ years of job related experience
Broad knowledge of all concepts, practices and procedures related to technical training
Microsoft Office knowledge and usability


The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability beneficial:
ISO 20000 experience
ITIL and/or ISO experience
Captivate experience

NECESSARY SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES
For this position you will need the ability to:
Demonstrate solid oral and written communication skills
Demonstrate solid knowledge and use of English Language
Demonstrate solid reading and comprehension of job related paperwork
Demonstrate good organizational skills
Work as both a team member and as an individual contributor
Gather and interpret moderately complex data
Analyze and resolve problems of limited scope and complexity
Present a neat and professional appearance at all times

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
The job will require ability to:
Travel up to 25% of the time
Use a PC, computer terminal and/or telephone over five hours a day
Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
Frequent standing or moving throughout the facility
Frequent moderate physical effort (lift/carry up to 25 lbs)
Typical office working conditions
