The candidate will complete cover a variety of equipment and include customer installation, customer trouble isolation, problem solving, escalations and FOA support of this Alcatel platform.
Required:
. MS Office
. ATM switch and DSL
. Experience with Alcatel network edge
. Experience with large networks, network equipment
. Provisioning and problem isolation experience
. Solid understanding of physical and data link later
. Strong communication (verbal/written)
Desired:
. Telecom experience
. Alcatel equipment/network experience
. Multi-tasking skills
