Point of Sale Technical Support in Dallas, TX

Our North Dallas client is currently interviewing Tier 1 Helpdesk Analysts with previous Point of Sale (POS) Support in their background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving POS Hardware and Software problems in a retail environment, as well as provide troubleshooting for Windows XP Operating System, VPN, Password Resets, Office XP, and other related Desktop Applications. Our client is looking for a proven track record of handling 40-50 calls a day while maintaining the highest degree of superior customer service. <br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: Operating Environment:
&#149; Flexibility: Our Helpdesk operates 24/7. Candidates must be willing to work any shift and understand that schedules will changes as the needs of our customers dictate.
Required Skills:
&#149; Windows XP Operating System experience
&#149; Office XP or Office 2000 troubleshooting experience
&#149; VPN
&#149; Remote Access | Network Stream or Net Meeting
&#149; General network connectivity issues | IP addressing
&#149; 1+ years of continuous Helpdesk experience

Preferred Skills:
&#149; Inbound helpdesk doing corporate IT support.
&#149; 1+ years of Point of Sale (POS) helpdesk experience preferred
