This will be a 90 day contract to hire position located in Dallas. Will be providing application support and working client support tickets for 2000+ users.
This is an exciting entry level position because the person will have many different routes to choose from to move up in their career. Such routes could be training, QA, migrations, development, or Database Administration.

Experience:
Must have good customer service skills, prior experience in customer care is highly desired.
Application support experience.
Experience working with clients and deadlines is preferred.
