Produce accurate and timely data models, data analysis and reporting services for client databases, products and services as assigned.
Work with your team lead to identify tasks and schedules to meet project deadlines.
Provide clear, concise and accurate status to your team lead and management.
Develop and foster a customer service mentality when providing analysis and reporting results to internal and external customers.
Create and maintain data models for customer technology databases as new products and features are developed.
Provide accurate and timely analysis and reporting services according to project schedules.
Use sound judgment to determine analysis needs and scope.
Strive for zero errors in your results.
Participate in the design, development, test and evolution of the data import tools for the data management system.
Participate in the administration of all production, staging and development databases to ensure proper maintenance and execution.
Maintain effective communication and good working relationship with the development, QA and technology services teams.
Continually evaluate database reporting systems and tools to improve accuracy, efficiency and automate performance of daily tasks.
Establish and maintain deep technical knowledge of company products and services.
Seek to enhance technical skills through independent study, technical training, conferences and seminars.
Share your technical knowledge with other team members and provide technical leadership to junior data analysts.
Experience: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field is strongly preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a data analyst
Excellent English skills both verbal and written as this is a client facing position.
