Here is the description for our build an IDM person - we would want to hire this type of person to ramp them up and train them for what we do. Need excellent communication skills -- sorry no visas at this time.
Junior IdM Resource Criteria:
1. Experience with installing and supporting developed applications (prefer .Net or JSP)
2. Experience with user administration on 2 or more IT security systems
3. Experience coding in any language
4. Good communication skills
5. Able to understand and document logical business processes
6. US Citizen (prefer US born for government contract reasons)
7. Willing to travel
