SAP HR Business Analyst -Learner Module consultant 2 Positions in West Chicago

Required Skills: **Overall they need 3-5 years SAP experience **Candidate must have working knowledge of Learner module within SAP - this is required **Applicants for this position must have prior SAP HR configuration experience **Must have prior experience/ability to do the following job duties: Job description: *This position will be responsible for the implementation and support of SAP HR applications. *Job responsibilities include IT Business Analyst activities such as gathering and documenting customer requirements, project planning and prioritizing, participation in customer meetings, resolving day to day end user problems, completing project deliverables, etc. *Therefore, strong facilitation, interpersonal and customer skills are needed to interact with client management groups as well as the ability to apply analysis, definition, and documentation for business, system and data processes. Key liaison between customer and offshore development team. Assist with requirements analysis and scope out design capabilities within the product Conduct day to day project activities with the customer and project team, participate in status meetings and maintaining status reports, identify and escalate project risk items and issues. Responsible for project initiation activities, risk identification/mitigation, project planning and prioritizing, requirements gathering, peer review process, test planning, test coordination and execution, etc. This includes both maintenance/production support as well as large scale project work. Manage day to day incidents reported by customers. Adhere to CMMI methodology Communicate with other HRIS teams as needed.
