The VB.net Developer will be with a premier property Management Company. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience developing in vb.net technologies with excellent problem solving skills. This person should be able to learn new technologies quickly and apply to solve real business problems.
Requirements:
BS Degree in Computer Science, Information System or Engineering
2+ years of VB.net development
2+ years with Oracle/SQL on the back end
XML and JAVA scripting/VB scripting are desired
Excellent verbal and communications skills as well as analytical and problem solving skills are required.
Special/Unique Qualifications:
Experience with "agile" project management or similar experience as well as knowledge of Property Management Software (YARDI) is preferred.
Experience with Crystal Reports and Property Management Operations is also a plus.
