We have an immediate need for an IBM WebSphere Commerce Application Analyst. While working with this outstanding globally recognized client you will have the opportunity to travel to multiple locations in the northeast region of the US. As the Application Analyst you will focus on the customers needs, as well as on the development organizations ability to fill those needs with a software solution. You will help identify customer and business needs, capture requirements, and create business Use Cases that translate the Use Cases into configuration specifications for the WebSphere Commerce application and/or specifications for application extensions. The analyst configures WebSphere Commerce and works with developers to design and implement application extensions.
3+ years as a WebSphere analyst and a bachelor degree is required for this position. Candidate should have experience in implementing and configuring core modules of WebSphere Commerce Enterprise or WebSphere Commerce Professional for business-to-consumer (B2C) eCommerce from requirements analysis through deployment with key emphasis on Catalog, Content, Merchandising, and Selling modules. You must have strong business analysis skills and must have experience with identifying and supporting design and implementation of application extensions. Consulting experience as well as experience with the WebSphere Commerce administration is a plus. This job requires 100% travel to locations such as Edison, NJ, Philadelphia, PA, and Boston, MA.
