Desktop Support Analyst in Dallas, TX

Robert Half Technology, the world's leader in technology staffing, is currently seeking a Desktop Support Analyst

On a day to day basis, the candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to internal staff, both over the phone and in person. These responsibilities include resolving technical issues with laptops, desktops, mobile devices and remote access, answering questions regarding both commercial and internal software applications, working with users to diagnose problems and working with departmental staff to escalate and resolve complex issues.<br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: In order to qualify for this position, the candidate must have intermediate Windows XP, Color Printer, MS Office XP (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Access, MS Outlook, TCP/IP, VPN (Virtual Private Networking), PC Anywhere, Blackberry Support, Active Directory, and Windows XP 2003.
