Robert Half Technology, the world's leader in technology staffing, is currently seeking a Help Desk and Desktop Support Analyst.
On a day to day basis, the candidate will be responsible for responding to user calls via phone and on-site assistance with a local law firm (approximately 90% phone support and 10% desk-side assistance); documenting specific technical issues with software and hardware; troubleshooting; dispatching hardware support; as well as some work after hours on call.<br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: In order to qualify for this position, the candidate must have intermediate experience with Windows XP; MS Office 2002; a document management systems such as Hummingbird DM5 (preferred), PC Docs, Docs Open, or IManage; and working knowledge of Delta View 2.9 and MS Word Styles.
