Help Desk Analyst II in Dallas, TX

A prestigious large oil/gas firm is looking for a Help Desk professional to provide internal support to end users. This role will be primarily technical phone support and then will move to hands on Desktop support.

Help Desk / Desktop Support doing 50/50 between phones and hands on. Remote in, password resets, light hardware fixes working with Windows 2000 and XP. Some Citrix apps but exp not critical. You will be providing internal support. <br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: Must have experience with:
Password resets, Windows 2000/XP. Citrix is a plus but not required.
Customer service skills.
Must have at least 3+ years of experience.
