SENIOR VB.NET DEVELOPER

Job Description : Software Developer / Analyst, VB.NET, Microsoft .NET / IIS environment, strong OOD / OOP knowledge, team development environment, construction, strong multi-threading experience, .NET 1.1, 2.0.
Will take on responsibility of revision, design, debugging, and construction of complex mission critical enterprise infrastructure components. Must be willing to take over and resolve problems with existing components. Strong knowledge of thread synchronization, performance tuning, debugging in multi-user, multi-threaded IIS environment. In-depth knowledge of .NET Framework, in-memory .NET process behavior needed. Must be a team player.
Requirements :
5+ years VB.NET or C# experience
7+ years experience in application architecture
5+ years experience in design and construction of enterprise infrastructure components
5+ years SQL Server development
Proficient with XML
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interaction, compatibility, compromise with team members.
Ability to function independently or as technical lead to 1-2 developers.
