Application Support Specialist for Growing Medical Company! in Dallas, TX

Our client is currently interviewing Application Support Agents for multiple contract to hire opportunities in North Dallas Texas. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting proprietary applications, treating all end users with superior customer service. This motivated self starter will have solid technical support experience related to Windows XP, Server 2003, and Office 200-2003 applications, and be able to resolve any issues. The main duties of the Application Support Agents will be to handle issues as if it is the only one, taking the initiative to resolve all issues in a timely manner. The Application Support Agent will need to posses the ability to convey ideas and issues to non technical end users in a mission critical operating environment. Candidates with past medical industry and a Bachelors degree in a related field highly preferred.
