BCS has been asked to indentify a Terradyne IFEX tester for one of our clients. The initial duration of this project is 6 months Scope of work: Required skills: - BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. - 3-5 years in using Teradyne IFex tester - Must understand CMOS and Bipolar device physics - Knowledge of testing Embedded Flash - Experience in planning and execution of projects to tight, critical deadlines. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Semiconductor Qualification and Reliability testing - Familiarity with Texas Instruments manufacturing databases (Testware, SMS data warehouse) Required Skills: Preferred Skills ATE Testing of Embedded flash. Excellent organization skills required. Monitor and execute multiple simultaneous projects. Testing and qualification of Embedded Flash IC. Limited travel may be required, mostly to Houston BCS pays referral fees.
