ESX Administrator - 7110GJC in Dallas, TX

Outstanding opportunity for a VCP Certified VMWare ESX Administrator to work with one of our clients. Primary duty will be to Install and configure the infrastructure for a new ICS environment and implement necessary Virtual and Physical Machines to complete the agreed upon design.Position requires 3 years of ESX 3.x experience including installation, configuration, patch installation and troubleshooting hardware and the OS. Linux background is required. VMware SRM, vSphere Beta/RC experience is needed. Experience creating, deploying and maintaining VM templates and creating and maintaining documentation is required. Integration of ESX with CNA adapters and Cisco Nexus 5000 switches, Microsoft NLB Clustering for Web servers, usage of VMware's Security Hardening Guide, including experience applying recommendations is desired. Knowledge of Virtual network such as trunking, VLANs, Vmotion and Service Console is required. Knowledge of PCI Compliancy is a plus. Experience with SQL Server and IIS is a plus.
