This position is responsible for consolidating, summarizing and analyzing business requirements for the Servicing Operations in Real Estate Lending. He/she will be responsible for providing management with detailed requirements. for business projects. Responsibilities will also include creating, compiling and maintaining of business requirements, and providing management with analysis and evaluations for improving collections and business strategies. He/She must have the ability to manage special projects and reporting as needed by the business. They must be able to work independently; meet strict deadlines; handle multiple projects at the same time and have exceptionally good verbal and written communication skills; capable of interacting well with all levels of management; posses experience analyzing and explaining business requirements.
