SAP Security Business Analyst in Dallas, TX

Candidates MUST be local to DallasAn experienced Senior Business Analyst focusing on SAP Security Analyst who will be responsible for responsible for the development and implementation of SAP Security architecture. You will work closely with the IT Directors and Business owners with the design and construction of roles based on business and audit requirements. In addition, this position will collaborate with IT Security Auditors to provide thorough review and testing of SAP systems. This role will work out of our Dallas Corporate Headquarters. You will also be responsible for: Documenting functional/technical requirements as well as developing and recommending solutions Developing and testing functional and technical specifications for system changes. Creating plans and leading QA/test activities to validate role access to transactions. Developing user support documentation and providing training and mentoring to other security support staff. Serving in the maintenance of role assignments based on data business owner approval ' role mapping Maintaining the development and quality systems for security maintenance utilizing the Centralized User Administration (CUA) Supporting and conducting technical troubleshooting for complex authorization issues. Identifying and implementing security architecture changes to mitigate system vulnerability. Executing required security updates based on internal control structure as well as changing control processes for Roles and User Master Records. Experience: Key Requirements:HR/Payroll SecurityAt least 3 implementations with HRYou will need to have Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 6 years experience in the configuration of SAP Security ECC 6.0. You will need to have strong experience with Human Resources and Payroll Security and heavy experience in QA/testing and production support. Other requirements you will need to possess include a A working knowledge of FI, CO, MM, and HR Modules A working knowledge of SOL (solution manager), XI, BW, EP, (enterprise portal) and ESS. A minimum 3 full life cycle of SAP Implementations including HR and PR. A demonstrated proficiency of systems analysis tools and methodologies will also be required.
