Prepare internal/external financial and management reportsPerform CAPEX reportingPrepare fixed asset reportsPerform inventory analysis and reportingDepreciate asset and update asset registerDistribute and submit reportsHelp Fixed Asset Manager in analysing Fixed Asset Requisition and to determine whether the particular expenditure should be allowed to be capitalized or expensed.Help solve queries and understand users problems especially liaise with Account Payables, Receivables and other Accounting DepartmentsReconcile capital outlay expenditures to general ledger inventory control accountsFacilitate smooth flow of communication between client and offshore team.Help offshore team bridge any knowledge gaps and assist in process improvementsRequired Skills: 5 years or more IT experience in Fixed Assets management.Prior experience of independently handling Fixed Assets activity.Good communication skillsExcellent knowledge and working skills in MS Access and should have degree in Accounting.
