Sr. Project Manager in Dallas, TX

. Works with Project Manager and Change Manager to gain understanding of Business Requirements Document. . Is responsible for leading the development and implementation of technology initiatives throughout the DMAIC phases. . Accountable for forming the technology team, coordinating High Level and Low Level Design Documents, creating Work Breakdown Structure, Implementation Plan, Kick-off meeting, monitoring forecasting and reporting, etc. . The TDM performs baseline audits . Confirms dates and obtains funding for Improve and Control . Holds regular meetings with all appropriate parties to ensure project remains on track . Works with Change Management to monitor project burn rates . Documents lessons learned at each phase Experience: . Developing and managing medium to large programs/project plans. . Facilitate weekly team status meetings. . Monitoring and Controlling of budget, resource allocation, scope, risk, issues and dependencies. . Escalating project issues as required. . Measuring and reporting on the overall health of the project. . Delivering programs (and/or multiple projects) on time and within budget. .
