Jr. Project Manager in Dallas, TX

Jr. Project ManagerDallas, TX6 MonthsWe are seeking 2 individuals who will serve in a communication and governance type role. These contractors will support our Quality Performance Management team. Their primary duties will consist of reviewing corporate policies and procedures and ensuring that the Departments procedures align and support those policies. The individual will work closely with managers to identify gaps in Departmental documented procedures and assist in process mapping and drafting the narrative to support the procedure. The individual will also periodically perform audits of Departmental procedures to ensure that documented procedures are being followed. Contractors serving in this role should have a Bachelors degree and experience in technical writing is a plus. They should be comfortable interacting with internal groups in order to identify processes and also to perform audits. MS Office Excel and Word a must. Experience drafting procedures and communication bulletins within a large institution is desirable. Candidates must have Visio.
