Software Engineer/Developer in Dallas, TX

This position is responsible for the definition, design and development of web based applications - design, development, coding, testing, debugging new software, and providing complex enhancements to existing software. Works with technical staff to understand and to develop resolution of software problems. Resolves customer complaints with software and responds to suggestions for software modifications or enhancements. Assists in the mentoring of less experienced software development staff and may act as a team leader on less complex projects. Good English language and communications skills are required.
