SAP CCS Device Management Expert in Dallas, TX

SAP Device Management Expert (Dedicated to help clear Complex Accounts issues) Must have at least 5 years (US) experience implementing the IS-U/CCS Device Management (DM) moduleDetailed configuration experience and/or knowledge with Technical Device and Connection Data, Device Installation, Removal, and Replacement, Disconnections and Reconnections, Meter Reading, and Device Inspection required. Must be strong on analysis and executing functional/technical testing At least 2 full lifecycle implementation desired (business process blueprint, detailed design, configuration, testing, and support) Experience with all phases of an implementation including business process blueprint, detailed design, configuration, testing, and support Solid understanding of other areas of CCS including Billing, Customer Service (CS), and CICTeam Lead experienceMust have near perfect English written and spoken communication; and client facing skillsMust be able to provide references If you are interested in the position described above, and/or any other openings, we would be happy to speak with you about this role or other active opportunities, and discuss your parameters for an ideal position, or simply to establish a relationship for the future.
