Sr. IT Analyst/Project Manager with Big 5/6 consulting firm in Dallas, TX

Must live in the DFW area and go on to our direct payroll.Experience as part of a Team implementing solutions using a Systems Development Life Cycle MethodologyPreviously managing/leading IT complex, multi-project Team projects, demonstrating solid Project Management capabilitiesExperience gathering and documenting business requirements in accordance to Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) guidelinesDemonstrated ability in developing/managing delivery of Use CasesDemonstrated ability to conduct and/or lead discussions with Business partners and Senior Technology LeadershipMust be able to interact and speak with a wide variety of People, from Developers, users, and Senior Leadership in IT and the BusinessDemonstrated mastery using one or more project management tools (MS Project, EPMS, etc)Demonstrated ability and success using problem-solving skillsPreferably Previous Development background in UML Development using tools such as Visio, Rose, Requisite Pro, ClearCase, and ClearQuestPreferably Previous Development background Minimum of 6 years experience in Project ManangementMinimum of 8 years overall Work ExperiencePrefer experience in a Big 5/6 or other large consulting firmExperience with Agile, XP, or Scrum Development methodology a plusAirline Industry Knowledge a pluseCommerce experience a plus To Apply to this job go to http://www.GadBall.com or click here
