Security Engineer- MUST Have CISSP - in Dallas, TX

Candidates MUST have CISSP certification. Must reside locally in DWF area. 5 years of experience is required.Work on the client site as the security engineer Conduct network security scans Assist with review of security design documents Articulate security architectural components and concepts to technical and non-technical audiences Provide on-site security incident responses Review security configuration settings Assist with maintenance of security-oriented products to support operational security strategy Support audits by internal and external organizations Track and communicate status of audit remediation efforts; evaluate remediation efforts agsint FISMA and NIST security standards Minimum of 5-7 years of experience that combines IT operations and security CISSP required Experience conducting enterprise security audits and assessments covering application security, database security, and network security Experience with defense in-depth, other information security and assurance principles, and associated supporting technologies Ability to assess and weigh current and evolving security risks in an operational environment Experience with monitoring and intrusion detection hardware and softer, including Dragon and Arcsight Superior oral and written communication skills, including executive-level briefings BA or BS required Desirable Certifications Certified Information Security Manager (CISM); and Cisco, Solaris, Linux, or Oracle certifications To Apply to this job go to http://www.GadBall.com or click here
