Secure commercial mortgage servicer with a global presence is anxiously awaiting for their Ambitious Application Development Project Manager/Lead. This candidate must project manage multiple concurrent projects of varying sizes and complexity. The Application Development Project Manager/Lead must gather and assimilate data and convert to Microsoft Project format to assist in project prioritization, execution, and also assist with the decision making process. The Application Development Project Manager/Lead must have experience with enterprise software applications integration. The Application Development Project Manager/Lead must focus on enterprise financial and ERP application integration (Hyperion/Essbase - upgrading to v.9, and Oracle 11i Financials). The Application Development Project Manager/Lead must Analyze financial information, present alternatives and formulate recommendations. The Application Development Project Manager/Lead must prepare various documents and presentations, including Project timelines, task lists, dependency lists, and provide project updates for management. The Application Development Project Manager/Lead must Ensure data presentations and reports are provided to management in a timely manner. The Application Development Project Manager/Lead must Identify/escalate critical items in a timely and appropriate manner. The Application Development Project Manager/Lead must Plan, coordinate, facilitate and document Project Team meetings, events and Project Steering Committee. Experience: The Application Development Project Manager/Lead must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience. The Application Development Project Manager/Lead must have Three to five years of multi-functional (finance, operations, marketing) experience in management positions. The Application Development Project Manager/Lead must be able to track record of extremely fast turnaround of projects with minimal supervision and often with limited or incomplete data. The Application Development Project Manager/Lead must have strong analytical skills with modeling. The Application Development Project Manager/Lead must have strong computer skills to include MS Office applications with proficiency in Microsoft Project. A working knowledge of processes and systems a plus. The Application Development Project Manager/Lead must have strong interpersonal and communication/presentation skills and have the ability to work effectively with all levels and functions within the organization.
