Job Description:
Responsible for understanding and defining organizations information architecture.This includes delivering data structure designs, based on a thorough understanding of the critical data needed to run the business. They will provide advanced technical and business knowledge to Clients, application development teams. The candidate will also identify approaches for capturing; storing, maintaining and retrieving corporate data so that is may be used as widely and as efficiently as possible The ideal candidate will have 5+ years development experience including experience in a CMMI level 3+ organizations.Position level is dependent on candidate’s level of experience.
Primary Experience:
· 3+ years Logical and Physical data modeling
· 1+ year experience with Erwin or other data modeling tools
· 2+ years experience with SQL, stored procedures, and triggers
· Good understanding of ITIL Service Management processes
· Demonstrated analytical thinking, adaptability, enthusiasm and motivation.
· Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
· Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
Secondary Experience:
· Test plan development.
· Experience in developing an enterprise information architecture
· Experience designing enterprise application integration (EAI) data migration
· Experience with ETL data migration
· Logical and Physical data modeling for object oriented implementations.
· Logical and Physical data modeling for data warehouse implementations.
· Oracle, Remedy
· Object to relational data mapping experience
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or related discipline
