Job Description: 6+ years of PeopleSoft HR functional SME knowledge (modules include HR, Benefits, Benefits Administration, Payroll); senior business analyst experience is primary role. Complex requirements gathering and documentation (current state, gap analysis, future state, process flows, screen mock ups, detailed verbiage related to configuration, processing rules, edits, controls, etc). Full lifecycle experience implementing PeopleSoft HR/Benefits or PeopleSoft Payroll in only a functional and/or project management capacity. Strong communications and meeting facilitation skills. MS Project tool experience. Project management (full lifecycle) experience. Cognos reporting (desirable)
