A qualified candidate must be adept at developing conceptual strategies & delivering implementation solutions. Successful candidates are analytical problem solvers who develop strategies to bring direction and action, provide resolution, and deliver immediate business value. Successful candidates must be able to manage conflicting priorities and perform well in stressful environments while working independently or on a team.
Required Experience
Internal or external change management experience
Ability to guide senior management through complex changes
Ability to work collaboratively across divisions, functions and levels in national or global organizations
Ability to plan and lead the implementation of processes
Ability to facilitate/chair weekly Change Management for client & ACS Changes
Ability to work within a project-based environment, implement change within a defined methodology
