Our client has an immediate opening for a CRM Data Steward in our fast-paced Dallas office. We seek a hard-working, dedicated and creative individual to serve as a key staff member. Responsibilities include: create and implement procedures for all users for the input and manipulation of data in the CRM. This position will ensure data integrity through analysis, research and issues management. The incumbent will respond to all data change management tickets, complete ongoing data maintenance, add and remove user accounts. Experience: Candidate must possess a strong understanding of typical Windows desktop applications and strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) including knowledge of databases and database administration. Knowledge of Interaction desired. Good verbal and written communication skills needed, as well as the ability focus on details. A proven strong customer service attitude required. Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Minimum of two years working with a CRM system, preferably in a legal environment, required. College education or professional certification preferred.
