Bilingual Help Desk Analyst in Dallas, TX

National transportation company is looking for a customer-oriented bilingual help desk analyst to provide comprehensive Point of Sale application support. The help desk analyst will use Heat ticketing tool to track calls. The help desk analyst must be able to speak Spanish and work Sunday through Thursday from 12 pm to 9 pm.
