EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
This position requires:
10+ years of QA and test experience, including test leadership.
Experience leading QA teams through at least 2 SAP implementations.
Experience with SAP Test add-in's.
Experienced in developing test strategy and planning approaches for testing applications.
Project management and test lead experience.
Skilled at examination and analysis of typical business workflow scenarios.
Ability to analyze complex applications and develop test cases.
Ability to execute manual test scripts and report on test execution status.
Be able to read use cases and business requirements and write test cases
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to communicate on a technical as well as a non-technical level.
The candidate to be a proven team player with strong interpersonal skills possessing a demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects with varying priorities.
Ability to make sound decisions based on business, technology, and QA guidelines.

Experience: The candidate filling this position will lead application testing projects during the implementation of revenue accounting system for an SAP based solution.
The Senior Test Consultant/Lead is responsible for the creation of the Software Test Strategy and the certification of the test environment.
The Senior Test Consultant/Lead will interview technical and Subject Matter Experts; perform system analysis; diagram system work flows; and define critical business scenarios and the test procedures and test cases to evaluate these scenarios for the application being tested.
