Desk Side Support Analyst in Dallas, TX

Position Responsibilities: This position will require minimal travel in the Dallas/Fort Worth MetroPlex areaand rotating weekend/night on-call responsibilities. The applicant filling this
position will manage problem ticket flow and resolution, perform Window 2000/XP
installs, software installations, troubleshooting, printer set ups, documentation,
help with projector and audio visual set ups and other odd jobs in a corporate headquarters
environment. Position requires a person who is customer oriented, with a professional
image and attitude. Business casual dress environment. Required Skills: * 2+ years Desk side Support * 2+ years Customer Account Skills * 2+ years light Serverand Network Administration * Very Strong Customer Service focus Desired Skills: * Windows XP Professional experience * Familiarity with a variety of desktop applications including Microsoft Office
XP/2003 and Outlook * Desktop, laptop, software, operating troubleshooting skills * PDA support experience (Blackberry) * Solid desk side, phone and remote user support skills * Network switch, Wireless Access points, and router experience * Windows Server and active directory experience Educational Requirements: * B. S. degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Certifications or Other Professional Credentials: * Network+, Server+, CCNA, MCSE 2000 or 2003 certification a plus This is a key, high visibility position with tremendous potential for career growth
