Responsible for day-to-day management of eCommerce implementation projects for both customers, and suppliers. Professionally represent client to its external trading partners by displaying strong knowledge in the eCommerce implementation sector. The position will also assist with the analysis of potential expansion opportunities for the eCommerce service line.Essential Job FunctionsEssential Job Functions

Ability to manage EDI provider integrations
Ability to manage EDI supplier integrations
Manage the account number boarding process for all BroadLink clients on new integrations and new vendor requests
Configure systems to enable e-Commerce for all BroadLink clients including the creation of ERP ID connections and loading of ship-to account numbers
Ensure clients are utilizing and maximizing existing BroadLink vendors
Manage EDI order failure resolution process
Coordinate efforts with the Customer s ERP team, materials personnel, Contract Management and Account Management teams to resolve pricing and contract related issues to prevent future errors from occurring
Responsible for improving acknowledgement cycle times with offending vendors for inbound 855 transaction sets
Managing client and vendor communications related to (Assisting with creating/publishing monthly eCommerce Newsletter)
Maximizing the WIV (Web Integrated Vendor) solution with clients and suppliers
Assist with e-Commerce projects for implementing new service line functionalities
Assist in defining system enhancements for current eCommerce tools
Assist in defining new and enhancing existing BroadLink reports
Assist with Transaction Management implementation activities when neededRequired Skills
Extensive knowledge of eCommerce/EDI
Accurately prepares written business correspondence that is coherent, grammatically correct, effective, professional and engaging
Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
Effective problem solving skills; ability to perform root cause analysis; Strong, positive interpersonal skills
Ability to provide excellent customer service, negotiate effectively, be highly organized, pay attention to detail, and create tactical plans
Strong analytical and computer skills; proficiency with MS Excel, specifically its advanced formula capabilities, VLOOKUP, sorting, filtering and importing/exporting functions.
Experience with a relational database package (i.e. MS Access or MSSQL) a definite plus
Follows through with commitments and fosters mutual trust with fellow employees.
Anticipates client needs before they arise and presents solutions to project management that encompass issues at hand
Understands expectations that were set with client and recognizes when issues/events may affect delivery
Business acumen and a natural business curiosity; capable of extrapolating strategic implications from limited data/information.

Exceptional organization and time management skills including multi-tasking and the ability to set/adapt to changing priorities
Knowledge of contract portfolios, systems, and related procedures
Ability to manage multiple eCommerce/EDI projects simultaneously; Ability to work under tight deadlines Required Experience and Education
Bachelor s Degree or equivalent industry experience
2-3 years of Project Management experience required
2-3 years of EDI implementation work experience required
